I assist in visa processing for almost 5 years now. I interact with clients on a daily basis in person and thru long distance communications like social media, emails, text and call. My responsibilities are mostly assisting clients with their visa application and this includes: providing them the required list of documents and an idea of the process, arranging and preparing their documents for submission, making daily itineraries, hotel bookings, filling out the application forms, scheduling an appointment, briefing them for a possible interview, and assisting them personally during their submission appointment.
