- Executive Assistant to CEO - handling the CEO's personal transactions, taking care of the bills- paying subscriptions, internet bills, and the team's pay, making sure that we are not being overbilled. Scheduling meetings for the CEO. Overseeing the team and making sure that the team is aligned with the company's goal. Creating the team's weekly agenda and ensuring that it will be done by the end of the week. Updating the SOP is also part of my task so nothing will be overlooked.
