I am well-rounded Virtual Assistant.I have skills in email management, WordPress management, some social media management, and other admin day to day task. I have skills in setting up campaigns and autoresponder using MailChimp, aWeber and InfusionSoft. I have skills in setting up blog posts and pages, and do minor edits on webpages. I have skills in setting up and managing social media accounts, and using social media software such as Hootsuite, SocialOomph and Buffer. I have skills in other admin related tasks such as edit/update report documents, format ebook reports, transcribe videos and audios. As well as creating sales funnel.I have worked as JV manager assistant which enable me to gain the skills in lead researching/prospecting, appointment setting, and providing email support to JV partners.I have skills in ecommerce - handling/managing day to day operations. This include managing orders, adding orders to fulfillment center (ShipStation/Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment) so orders are ship in a timely manner. I have worked with different sales channels such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, StackSocial, Opneksy, Groupon. I also have skills in providing email support to customers, making sure their questions and issues are answered and solved in a timely manner.I have skills in SEO backlinking - mainly creating backlinks through web directory, web 2.0 and PBN sites.
