I have been working in a webhosting company for 3 years as an Advanced Technical Support Representative. I have experienced setting up email account on an email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird and Mac Mail. I have knoweldge about domains, DNS, FTP, and CMS application installation like Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal. I know how to connect to FTP using FTP client to upload files to webspace, installing CMS applications, importing/exporting MySQL database via phpmyadmin tool.
I know how to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop for editing pictures, Sony Vegas for editing videos and a little on Macromedia Flash.
