Profile Description

I just passed the Certified Public Accountant boards examination last October 2014. But before the board examination, I already worked in one of the biggest companies in the Philippines. I am in charge with the administrative functions of the store. For 4 years, I am the branch accountant. I monitor daily / monthly expenses. I process the store's business permits. Process crew payroll. Aside from being the admin officer of the store, I was tasked to be the store marketing officer (January 2010 - December 2011) and Crew training Manager (January 2011 - December 2012). I have created various marketing promos to boost up store sales. Before I quit the job to take the board exam, my last key result function assignment was as the service quality manager of the store.
During my stint, I have undergone various trainings which helped me hone my technical and analytical skills and expertise. I have encountered various day to day scenarios that required urgent decision making, resolve customer complaints and maintain high level of quality service to customers.
