Profile Description

I have accumulated five years of BPO experience specializing in insurance sales, where I developed strong communication, customer service, sales, and client relationship management skills. Working in a fast-paced environment taught me how to effectively handle customer concerns, meet sales targets, and build trust with clients while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

I later transitioned into freelancing and have been working for 1 year and 6 months as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and SDR SME/Team Lead. In this role, I handled around 800 outbound calls daily, managed lead generation and email follow-ups, monitored sequences, scheduled appointments through Acuity, and ensured consistent live transfers for conversions. As an SME/Team Lead, I also supported team operations, guided tea ---------- mbers, and helped maintain productivity and performance standards.

With my combined experience in BPO sales, Sales Development Rep, and team leadership, I believe I am the right fit for the role because I am highly adaptable, goal-driven, hardworking, and committed to delivering strong results while contributing positively to the team.
