Profile Description

I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal with experience supporting attorneys in U.S. family law, commercial litigation, and immigration matters. I provide comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of a case, from initial document review and factual investigation to discovery, motion practice, court filing, and hearing preparation.

My experience includes drafting and revising motions, letter briefs, certifications, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery demands and responses, deficiency letters, legal memoranda, deposition summaries, and professional correspondence. I also conduct legal research, review case authorities, organize exhibits and supporting evidence, manage court deadlines, maintain case files, and assist with filings in New York and New Jersey courts.

In immigration matters, I assist with the preparation and review of petitions and supporting documentation, including National Interest Waiver matters and family-based immigration applications. I am skilled at analyzing complex records, identifying factual inconsistencies, and ensuring that legal arguments, certifications, exhibits, and citations remain accurate and consistent throughout a submission.
