I have worked as an Admin Assistant at the same time, personal secretary at Carloable Mini-Sawmill. It is a local company that buys logs directly from lumbermen. My main responsibility is to assist the sales team get a higher bid from different companies. We made contact to gather prices through phone calls, emails, and sometimes text messaging. We help build relationships with these companies so we can negotiate prices easily and have a smoother transaction. I also tracked data and coordinated it with different teams like the finance, sales, and the owner of the company himself. Administrative work like this was made easier for me because I was trained at the Bureau of Internal Revenues. It is a government organization like the IRS in the United States. It was a pre-requisite training during my college days before I got my degree. Currently, I am working as an Account Specialist at Intelogix, Philippines handling Kroger account. For the first two months, I started as a Customer Service Representative and due to my performance, I was promoted as a chat support then email support. In my current position, my main role and responsibility is to make sure that all sales and purchases are handled with the utmost care possible from online orders, store orders, complaints, and refunds to special cases.
