Profile Description

I have experience working as a Customer Service Representative, in this job we are answering the customer's inquiry regarding to their account or if they want to know something about the company they are asking. I am also setting an appointment to the customer if they want to go a specific place and make them prioritize. I also have experience as a Technical Support my job role is to do troubleshooting if the customer have problem regarding their device or any equipements.
I can also be a Personal Assistant or anything related to computer or admin task since I am taking Computer Science Program. I am good at managing office work or task and I'm gonna make sure that everything is organize and quality work.
