Audit Analyst:
• Review corporate policies and procedures according to regulatory requirements of the company under the Zealep Group of companies

• Evaluate and recommend improvements to business practices, process, and controls.
• Obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
• Prepares audit reports of findings and recommendations to management.
• Ensures that audit files are reviewed and stored in the departments audit repository.
• Ensure that operational and financial procedures are in compliance with corporate policies.
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.

Inventory Auditor:
• Prepared detailed weekly reports containing audit findings.
• Identify & report discrepancies and find ways to prevent them in the future.
• Manage the collection & sales receipts like analysis and verification to detect fraud & unethical practices
• Check & monitored daily sales of the company.
• Check & monitored inventory stocks of the company.
•Check & monitored Production output of the company.
• Check, record & monitored daily cash flow of the company.
• Check, record & monitored daily sales ledger of the company.
• Prepared detailed weekly reports for the profit/loss of the company.
• Input/ record QuickBooks for the sales & expense of the company.

Practicum Teaching:
• Prepare modules under the alignment of Dep-ed for Curriculum & Instructional Strand for K t0 12 programs of Most Essential Learning Competencies& Learning Distance Modality for the modular students under synchronous and asynchronous students.
• Organize resources for lecture presentations like PPT under Learning Distance Modality.
• Supervise class to ensure all students are learning & observed the necessary basic netiquette of online class procedure.
• Develop and issue educational content including notes, online quizzes, and Test performance task under Learning Distance Modality.
• Deliver Personalized instruction to each student by motivating interactive learning.
• Plan and implement educational activities.
• Evaluate & Assist students in their learning progress
• Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports of grades.

Document Controller & Administrative Assistant:
• Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows)
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams • File documents in physical and digital records
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

• Book for meals & service car provider
• Take accurate minutes of meetings
• Coordinate office procedures
• Check for accuracy and edit files (like contracts)
• Copy, Scan & Store documents
• Coordinate site requirements such as shuttle and logistical needs like uniforms, safety shoes, & others.
• Maintains accuracy and completeness of records of company assets and property.
• Assist the onboard new employees, facilitate the processing of compensation and benefits, and ensure a healthy workplace.
• Assist onboarding to the newly hired personnel includes site tour and offices, introduction to the team, and follow-up completion of pre-employment requirements such as documents or credentials.
• Revolving Fund Custodian submit replenishment/ liquidation for cash disbursement.
• Processes requirements by LGU such as acceptance letter for the visitors like top management when they planned to visit on-site assist their bookings on hotels, coordinate the LGU’s for
AITF guidelines for covid19 other government agencies.

Inventory Analyst:
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock.
• Responsible for troubleshooting quantity discrepancies between stocks and records.
• Responsible for maintaining updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfer and cycle counts
• Responsible for reviewing documentation and monitoring product codes to search for discrepancies.
• Collect and Analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities.
• Prepare, generate and file financial inventory reports.
• Tracks rates of accuracy, purchase, and returns as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
• Responsible for monitoring of stocks, FIFO & LIFO system.
• SAP generated inventory and billing.
• Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; process orders for shipment.
• Nurture Positive relationships with clients.
