Profile Description

Assist Sales across all segments of the business in the preparation and validation of Sales Orders/Opportunities
Address general customer enquiries upon order submission
To reduce the administrative tasks from the Sales Group
Improved customer experience by providing extra tier of support
Improvement of Sales processes to reduce the amount of rework and increase efficiency
Ensure that sales opportunities are reporting correctly and are true to align with upholding sales verification and revenue governance.
Dedicated to assist Business Sales team on an end-to-end order submission with high levels of quality.
Proactively seek out the assistance of other teams such as Pre-Sales to resolve issues and primary point of contact during Onboarding.
Communicate with the customer to get further details in order to submit a clean order to the back-office teams. This is to ensure that the customer have a smooth handover from Sales Operations to Provisioning team
