I had been working in the BPO ( Business Process Outsourcing) Industry for 5 years and I can say that my English communication skills, written and oral, had been honed effectively. I had the opportunity to work with AT&T under the U-verse account wherein troubleshooting TVs, phones and internet connections were the primary responsibility. I was promoted and worked as a Real-Time Analyst which was tasked to do real-time monitoring of agents and of the queue, do end-of-day reports which were sent to clients, and do preparations and action plans on call volume forecasts sent by the clients. I am equipped with the knowledge regarding computer applications and programs.
