I can search and navigate online to get whatever information that a prospective client would need. I have very good comprehension and can understand even the most vague or complex instructions. I have a firm and solid knowledge of customer service since I was a call center agent before. I have 5 years experience in the call center industry and our clients are usually BPO. I have knowledge and good skills of microsoft office. WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT. I have backgrounds too in health care since I am a licensed medical technologist. I want a job where I can grow and improve myself while I help my clients become successful in their business.
