(i) Leading a research team consisting of five associates; (ii) Performing comprehensive research analysis and, case write-ups from worldwide news, company websites, stock exchanges, and regulatory sources related to issues and controversies covering key metrics such as accounting investigations, executive misconducts, bankruptcies, debt covenant concerns, financing difficulties, and other errors and violations related to companies’ corporate governance and financial reporting;
(iii) Providing training and support to associates; (iv) Providing quality checks to associates’ outputs and producing monthly production and case report to external clients.
