? Knowledgeable in software, hardware troubleshooting
? Vodia PBX / VOIP Technologies / SIP
? Microsoft office and internet applications
Experience with VoIP handsets & equipment
-Practical knowledge of internet Access Technologies – NBN, Fibre, ADSL, VDSL, EFM, etc
-Excellent problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills
-Understanding of SIP protocol, VoIP & QoS Fundamentals
-TCP/IP Fundamentals, especially across wide area networks
-Experience using network protocol analyzers such as Wireshark is desired
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Voice Platform Experience (Vodia)
