I have worked in BPO industry for 5 years as a financial analyst for an insurance company and I’m currently working as an Operation Manager for a group of Company in Dubai UAE. I moved to UAE in 2018, initially worked as sales executive but I managed to move myself as a manager within the span of 6 months and in one year I have helped my company to expand from Engineering to Trading and Medical Services.
As an operations manager I make sure that our services are within the market standards by providing good customer service, I make sure as well that our employees are enjoying their workplace and stays motivated.
I am also managing our social media accounts such us tiktok, facebook, Instagram and google from managing our organic and paid campaigns.
My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of my team and clients.
