I started in Telus as an Operations Team Leader handling 10-16 Tea ---------- mbers. Handling escalations, doing queue monitoring and service level, real-time analysis, client, support and synergy meetings, drafting performance management documents, scheduling, payroll, doing quality audits, uptraining, DSAT and CSAT scrubbing, one-on-one coaching and team huddles among others.
I started as a CSR for Satellite service doing phone support in 2008. Then was moved to an online retail account, supporting, voice, chat and email handling, sales, refunds, returns, credits, promotions and shipping. In 2012, I was transferred to a technical webhosting account, handling billing and tech support doing phone, chat and email support. Until I became a Subject Matter Expert, Team Leader then an Operations Manager handling an escalation team, focusing on escalation calls/tickets, providing floor support and taking supervisory calls and supervising a group of team leaders.
