Profile Description

I have been working for almost 7 years in a call center industry starting in December 2008. During the course of my stay, I was able to explore the world of customer service and a technical support team at that. I am also very luck to have been able to climb up the corporate ladder really fast. My humble beginnings as a chat and email support representative paved it's way of my promotion to a Universal Trainer to both Voice and Non-voice support. Until I finally reached what ultimate goal of becoming a Team Leader that made me face challenges such as handling different teams that are non-performers most of the time.

In my recent years as a Virtual Assistant. I have worked in various industries including insurance, retail, and clothing. I would consider myself a Type A and Organized person. My ultimate goal is not just to provide and extend my services to be a helping hand to the client that thrives longevity and endurance.
