Profile Description

A results-driven and detail-oriented professional with almost 7 years of combined experience in accounting and auditing, primarily focused on the pharmaceutical, aviation, construction, wealth asset management, retail and manufacturing industries. Through my tenure at reputable professional firms, I have developed strong expertise in project management delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments and fostering client relationships by identifying and implementing process improvements. My work consistently reflects a commitment to excellence and continuous development in the application of accounting and auditing standards across a diverse portfolio of engagements.

In addition, I also worked as an Accounting Manager, I oversaw the full-cycle accounting operations using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP. I managed month-end close, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements, while also assisting in the preparation of federal and state tax returns. Beyond core accounting responsibilities, I led process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance internal controls, and improve efficiency across the finance function. My role required close collaboration with external auditors and tax advisors, as well as mentoring junior staff to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.

I passed the CPA Licensure Examination in October 2019 and started working as an audit associate in SGV & Co. in the same month. I was promoted in September 2021 as Senior Audit Associate and left the firm in June 2022. I worked as a financial accountant in Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. for 4 months before working as a fulltime auditor in PwC Malta.
