I'm a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering program, so I do have a good understanding of the computer hardware architecture. Aside from that, I have experience as a customer experience executive, so I have the necessary skills in communication and organization.

The  highlight is that, with over 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant and bookkeeper for a property management company, I have the skills and qualifications you are seeking. I am knowledgeable about bookkeeping software like Quickbooks and accounting procedures related to property management. I have a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and reconciling bank statements. I take care of some of the administrative work for rental applications made via Rentvine or Propertyware. 

In addition, I also handle all administrative tasks such as property onboarding, lease agreements, tenant screenings, and renewals. I also have prior experience handling inbound calls for tenants.
