I am a versatile worker who has gained 18 years of working experience in the field of business and education. Hence, I possess a broad set of skills, ( i.e. creative, analytical, critical thinking, research, multi-tasking, planning) which makes me a valuable employee of any of my prospective employers. I am well-versed in computer software tools such as MS Word, Excel, MS Powerpoint, and Wordpress. I am an internet savvy and heavy user of search engines/tools for intensive research tasks.
I am a passionate creative writer who can write just about anything under the sun, which means that I'm flexible as to the contents to be written. At the same time, I'm a copywriter who can edit my own work to correct usage of grammar, punctuation, and coherence to make flawless articles. I am also an excellent communicator particularly in business correspondence, and I'm highly trained in resolving customer complaints and handling of difficult customers. I can say that English is basically my second language. I do personal blogging/journal writing as one of my hobbies.
I am always hungry for learning and I believe this is a knowledge platform where I can acquire more skills and abilities to make me more competent across the world in the advent of the globalization of trade.
