Hi, I’m Joben. I’m a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with over 5 years of experience in admin work, customer service, and order & budget support.

Alongside that, I’ve also done bookkeeping support and data entry work, including handling invoices, maintaining records, and keeping data accurate and organized. I also have medical billing experience, mainly focused on billing data entry, invoice checking, and documentation tasks. I’m familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and MYOB, plus Excel, SAP, and Power BI.

I’m currently looking for full time, part-time or gig-based work where I can support operations, help keep things organized, and make sure tasks are done correctly and on time. I pick up new systems quickly, I’m easy to work with, and I’m ready to start right away.
