I have been working in a call center for 3 years and 4 months now. I have worked for a telecommunication account where we have to troubleshoot internet and telephone issues.
I have been helping customers and customer service representatives as well since I belong with Tier 2 technical support.
I also have experience in appointment setting because we do set for trouble call appointments for our customers who need technicians to check on their equipment.
The key strengths that I possess for any position include, but are not limited to, the following: I can provide exceptional contributions to the company and clients as well; I am eager to learn new things; I can strive for continued excellence; I can easily adjust to different kinds of personality.
My experience includes but is not limited to: Customer service and support; multitasking; and troubleshooting technical problems.
I am excellent in MS Word and good in MS Excel.
I have background of C++ programming language.
And I can do fast navigation with internet tools.
I can do a job with less supervision. I am looking forward to do business with you.
