"Falling behind on your books? Not sure if you actually made money last quarter? I help small business owners get their bookkeeping caught up and make sense again.

I'm Rachel Ann Fajardo, a part-time Virtual Bookkeeper based in Cagayan de Oro with an MBA in Business Management and hands-on experience in Xero and QuickBooks Online. If your books have fallen behind, your categorization is a mess, or you simply don't trust your own numbers anymore, I clean that up and keep it clean going forward, including catch-up bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, transaction categorization, and monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) so you always know where you actually stand.

Most recently, as an Assistant Bookkeeper, I set up client accounts, handled invoicing and reconciliations, and prepared the reports management used to make real decisions, all with zero discrepancies. Before that, I spent two years managing the full financial side of a school canteen, including inventory, cost control, and daily cash reconciliation, work that taught me to catch small problems before they turn into expensive ones.

I keep communication simple: Slack and email for day-to-day updates, Google Sheets for tracking and reports, and Loom videos when something needs a walkthrough rather than a scheduled call.
I am available part-time at $9–10/hour. I'm looking for a long-term client relationship where I can be the one person you trust with your books and actually fix the parts that are causing you stress.
