I have worked for several international companies back in ---------- . Currently, I am trying to get back to working online. I am fluent in English and just recently moved back from Australia after studying for 4 years and doing mostly customer-facing job roles.

Although I am not a native English speaker, my position as the Senior Review Moderator of a well-recognized consumer news and advocacy organization-website ( ---------- ) based in the USA afforded me the opportunity to learn how to effectively communicate my skills. As an editor, I was involved in copyediting product and company reviews submitted by consumers, to make the reviews easy to understand and conveniently get the message across among consumers. Then I was in charge of quality control, overseeing the work of our editors.

My work experience also includes customer service. I've done email support for a US e-commerce website (Thumbtack) and also voice support for Canada's biggest telecommunications company (Bell).

My past roles are as follows: writer, proofreader, English teacher, virtual assistant. I am a meticulous, responsible, extremely reliable and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and work ethic.

I approach every task with a positive attitude and strive to build long-standing relationships with clients.
