I worked for 2 years in the BPO industry handling campaigns such as Solar, Roofing, DME, Student Loans, Diabetic Supplies, Janitorial, SSDI and other outbound sales campaigns. In 2022, I transitioned into freelancing, where I worked as a Data Entry Specialist for a paralegal team while continuing my appointment-setting career in B2B cleaning services and the aviation industry.

Throughout my experience, I've developed strong communication skills, objection handling, lead qualification, and CRM management. I'm also familiar with tools such as Kixie, Mojo Dialer, ViciDial, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, and WebWork Time Tracker.
