I did not start in automation. I started in operations, solving problems manually every single day.
For over 5 years, I worked in customer support and operations, handling high volumes of tickets, managing workflows, and coordinating across teams. Over time, I noticed a pattern. Many of the tasks we repeated daily were inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to error.
Instead of accepting that, I focused on improving how systems worked.
I began by creating SOPs, structuring workflows, and refining processes. This led to measurable improvements, including reducing handling time and improving consistency across operations. That experience shaped how I think today. I do not just complete tasks. I analyze systems and look for better ways to run them. Recently, I transitioned into workflow automation.
Without a traditional programming background, I taught myself tools like n8n and Zapier using local setups and free resources. I completed a 30-day AI automation program where I built real workflows, including an inbound lead management system with rule-based routing, automated processes, and structured operational pipelines.
I also actively use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to enhance workflows, process data, and improve efficiency.
My focus is simple. Build systems that:
-Reduce manual work
-Improve speed and accuracy
-Are easy for non-technical teams to use and maintain
I believe the best automation is not the most complex. It is the one that works reliably and can be understood by the people using it.
