• Review tenders, contracts, structural, and construction plans for quantity requirements. • Ensure document consistency by liaising with QS Assistant, Prestart, Drafting and relevant personnel. • Conduct cost analysis and quantity take-offs for specific projects/clients. • Assist with queries from supervisors/suppliers and manage additional/amended orders. • Handle revisions to quantities and costs due to variations and supplier changes. • Update Quants Pad and Bill of Quantities as necessary. • Coordinate with the Perth office for any job-related corrections, clarifications or ambiguities. • Verify the accuracy of work done by other schedulers. • Undertake additional duties assigned by management.
