I help small business owners CLEAN UP BOOKS and KEEP IT ORGANIZED by properly categorizing each transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts and even payment gateways( e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Wise), and preparing reports using QuickBooks Online or XERO.

Below are some but not limited to the services I take on keeping the company’s growth and finances healthy:

*Start Up/ Migration
Setting up QuickBooks Online Account (QBO) or Xero
Helping migrate from manual or previous accounting software to new one

*Ongoing Management
Clean-up messy data - fixing books that were recorded incorrectly
Catch-up previous unrecorded transactions
Categorization, Classification, and Reconciliation of transactions
Investigate and correct duplicate entries and miscategorized transactions
Organize the documents and receipts
Reconcile your bank, credit card and payment gateway transactions to assert accuracy of your numbers
Prepare journal entries (prepaid expenses, depreciation, amortizations, accruals, loans, etc)

*Compliance and Reporting
Prepare customized reports tailored-fit for you company needs
Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss - accountant ready
