I also worked as an SEO Specialist, where I conducted keyword research, implemented on-page SEO strategies, optimized website content, and analyzed website performance.
Before working as a Virtual Assistant, I spent 4 years in the BPO industry as a Customer Support Representative and Auto Insurance Sales Agent, handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing customer support through voice and non-voice channels.
I am experienced with tools such as Keepa, RevSeller, DS Amazon Quick View, Scan Unlimited, OA Genius, IP Alert, SEO NEO, Multilogin, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
I am currently looking for a full-time, long-term remote opportunity where I can apply my experience and continue to grow professionally.
