•With almost 5 years as an Appointment Setter and Customer service representative/billing and sales specialist, I have developed a pleasant speaking voice over the phone and can build a rapport with those who I am talking to. I am goal oriented and never have a probleUpgrade to see actual infoeting quotas or goals that are set for those in my position. It is not difficult for me to come into work and begin the day as soon as it is time to get work. Motivation is never an issue and I always led my team in appointments set and provide exceptional customer service to the clients. I realize that there are times when team and personal goals need to be met in an industry such as this and I am able to motivate a team to accomplish these goals.
