Profile Description

I am a degree holder in Entrepreneurial Marketing. I have acquired and applied technical, analytical, writing, communication and social skills from my experience in financial institutions (Online money transfer and bank) working as a teller. Fast encoding of transactions, analyzing balances at the end of the day, inputting data, creating IR reports, as well as building customer relationships through implementing proper customer service care. Consequently, I am fast in adapting to new systems used in different field since I was able to learn fast in adapting to system-based Banking operations respectively.

Before working in a bank, I was an Online English Teacher to Chinese students. I was able to share my knowledge in English and at the same time I was able to improve my communication skills every time I interact with them. Since they have a different culture, I was able to adjust and make an effort in terms of the smooth flow of communication regardless of the cultural differences.

After my experience working in financial institutions, I dUpgrade to see actual info to look for a home-based job. Fortunately, I worked as a home-based Analyst/Researcher/Virtual Assistant in an investment bank and worked for 1 year and 2 months where I searched for batch of potential investors in different sources online, analyze if they are fit for our client, consolidate them using Google sheets/Excel, update the list on a daily basis, and contact them through E-mail (Office 365).

My latest experience is working in a digital marketing agency which allowed me to expand my knowledge in the digital world using the following software:

For the company’s internal affairs I have experience using Slack, Trello, and Active Collab. For email management and campaigns, I have a background in using Infusionsoft and Google Suites. For File Management, Dropbox, and Google Drive (Doc, Sheets, Presentation, etc). For Lead Generation, I am an ace in searching organically and using the Lead Kahuna Software.  For Social Media, I have deep experience in Social Pilot and Bright Social. For Video Creation, I have used Vidnami and Doodly.  For Company communication, I have used Zoom and Skype and for Upgrade to see actual info I have using Upgrade to see actual info, Ubersuggest, and Yiveranker respectively.

In addition, after having my first experience in the digital marketing environment, I got another digital marketing-related and more in-depth experience with content creation. As a content manager, I have handled different clients in the healthcare and leisure sectors, created their blogs, scripts, videos, and content for social media platforms. 

After which, another experience as an SEO content writer and editor in a remote SEO writing agency, wherein I have acquired and established expertise in producing more quality content in different industries — from legal, health and wellness blogs to product and service pages for manufacturing, home building and other industries following SEO basic principles. 

From these work experiences, I was able to harness my full potential in different fields, meet different kinds of people, adjust to different working environments and share my knowledge in the field of my expertise. I am reliable, flexible, and efficient in terms of work, able to work independently, a tech-savvy person who is very exposed to the use of the needed applications for working, willing to learn and be trained if necessary, and able to adapt quickly to a new working environment respectively.
