I've worked for Stream Global Services, an american based call center company. For the first two months of my work, I took calls for all Dell desktop and laptop computer, hardware and software troubleshooting (Dell Certified Technician as well). To give an idea, if a client has some problems with his Dell desktop or laptop,they call us and we fix the problem over the phone. If the desktop,laptop,or parts of it is proven not working, we replace or send them a new one or a new part. If the Software/Operating System of the desktop or laptop is the problem, we fix it too. I worked 3 months for Dell. Then I was transfered to Intuit Accounting Software Technical support and Intuit Payroll Technical support.
This was a tech/sales department, so it enhance my sales skills as well.
