I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Assistant with over a year of hands-on experience supporting U.S.-based orthopedic clinics remotely. My background also includes experience as a Customer Service Representative in a financial voice account, which helped me develop excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I am reliable, organized, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and bring with me strong soft skills such as critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. I am eager to contribute to any healthcare or administrative team by providing high-quality remote support and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
