I am also your efficient and professional Airbnb Virtual Assistant who worked with Airbnb directly for 3 years. I handled inquiries about customers' claims, refunds, and conflicts about their reservations. I assist Guests and Hosts regarding their booking transactions and provide resolutions to make the Guests comfortable and have an excellent experience from their stay. Whenever there are extenuating circumstances or unforeseen events for the Guests/Host we make sure to give equal/fair resolutions on both sides and make sure they feel valued.
