Profile Description

I've been working in the BPO industry for 7 years now. I started as an agent and worked my way up. Currently, I'm part of the recruitment team of an international BPO company with 2 sites and 3500 seats running. I was part of the Recruitment agent-hiring team for 3 months and was transitioned to Sourcing. Being a Sourcing Coordinator, I'm in charge of the applicants who apply on our online sources. With such task, I'm accountable of the number of applicants to be endorsed in a weekly basis for the agent-hiring team to process. My proficiency with Microsoft is quite good, for my additional task is to do reports. I can work with minimal supervision, hard-working, flexible and very optimistic. I would love to work part-time and give you positive results to make your growing company successful.
