While calculating social media ROI for paid advertising can be based on monetary value, organic social media requires non-monetary metrics to be factored in.
As a former HR specialist, trainor, mentor, safety officer, public speaker and now the latest is a Social Media Manager, I get develop that discipline, compassion and love for work that I will not be leaving anything unless everything is done and in its proper place.
