Hi, I’m Olive, a reliable and adaptable Remote Virtual Assistant with experience in medical administration, patient communication, appointment scheduling, email management, online research, and executive/admin support for U.S.-based clients.

I previously worked as a Medical Virtual Assistant for OB-GYN and Psychiatry clinics, where I handled patient calls, scheduling, refill concerns, inquiries, and administrative tasks using tools such as Athena and Tebra. I also have experience supporting a U.S.-based client with executive/admin tasks, email support, Vimeo uploads, Mailchimp tasks, research, and document organization.

I am comfortable working independently and learning new tools quickly. When given tasks with limited instructions, I take initiative to research, understand the process, and deliver accurate results. I am organized, professional, detail-oriented, and willing to be trained.
