Profile Description

I'm an Operations Manager at an accounting and fractional CFO firm, where I manage a multi-client portfolio: hiring and onboarding, performance management, client communications, quality control, tax coordination, budgets, and end-to-end payroll processing, and the employee communications around it. When the team keeps hitting the same manual bottleneck, I build the fix myself, usually in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. AR trackers, AP inbox automation, compliance dashboards, pricing tools. If it makes the work cleaner and gets it out of someone's head, I'm into it. I build the documentation and structure around all of it so it doesn't live only with me.

I work remotely from the Philippines on a night shift synced to US hours, which forced me to get very good at making sure nothing depends on me being online at the exact right ---------- nt. Clear systems, real documentation, and trust in the people around you. That's what actually holds up.

I care about getting operations right, and about the people doing the work. Those have never been separate things to me.
