Associate Consultant for Business Intelligence and Integrity Risk (BIIR)
Major Functions
? Provide the lead or assist the practice manager on all BIIR assignments – to include research, proposal writing, due diligence work, report writing, quality control and follow up action.
? Do the research on the given projects these will include media database, pretext, directorship search, credit search, criminal and litigation search and the likes.
? Deliver and execute all due diligence jobs within Philippines and also offshore clients.
? Coordinate operational and administrative matters in relation to BIIR services.
? Handle all pre-employment projects.
? Assist in PCI DSS Assessment for Philippine clients
? On training for Computer forensic
? On going review for CISA certification
? Do market research for potential clients in the Philippines. And make necessary initial company introduction to be able to set up a face to face meeting with the potential company’s contact person.
Offshore Team Client Manager / Team Leader for Report Writing Team
The OT CM is responsible for acting as the primary contact to the Client Managers in relation to the pre- employment and post employment screening.
Major Functions (Offshore Team Client Manager):
? Receive screening requests from the Client managers.
? Raising any queries concerning the client.
? Delegate screening instructions from the client manager to the screening associates.
? Ensuring all cases was logged, up to date and correct on the case log.
? Monitoring case progress and turn around time.
? Reviewing of reports before issue and raising any major discrepancy with the Client managers on a timely manner
? Issuing reports to the client managers.
? Drafting and dispatching invoice for Integra.
? Managing all insufficiencies for all Clients primarily offshore cases.
? Responding to any queries raised by the local client managers and associates.
Major Functions (Team Leader for Report Writing Team):
? Manage report writers
? Ensure to deliver reports on time
? Ensure quality reports to be submitted to the clients.
? Monitors the performance of each report writers and provide them up to date training in report writing as per client specifications.
? Monitor the Final check status of each verification associate before drafting the results in the reports.
? Act as frontline of the report writing team to the management and ensure that all issues and concerns are being addressed and raised in the management.
Minor Functions:
? Monitor associates daily and weekly productivity report.
? Handles the briefing and de-briefing once in a while.
? Manage the department’s queries about offshore cases.
? Sends report at the end of the day the Personal case log to the Client managers to audit all verifications done in PHP office.
? Once in a while do verification mostly clarifications for any verification results before incorporating it to the reports.
Administration Assistant
? Edit the presentation materials.
? In charge for the update of the Sales record of the company.
? Keeps the record projects assigned to our team.
? Assists the personnel for the presentation.
? Keep track of the inbound and outbound files and reports sent to clients.
? Budget the expenses of the company for occasions such as luncheon meeting, outing specially forecast and analyze the expenses, income as well the losses of the company for a certain project.
? Monitors the profitability, effectiveness, efficiency as well as the customer satisfaction they are receiving from our end.
? Performance analyses include comparisons of trends and levels of these and other indicators, as well as comparisons to standards and best practices.
? Forecast and analyze the indicators for long run profitability as a goal of business organization. Value for money assessments is implicit in analyses involving business performance measures.
? Ability to collect as much data that will be needed for the inputs of the operation analysis.
? Focus on capacity building and good management. Being able to get involved in an in depth discussion of policies and procedures.
? Fraud detection and analysis.
