Profile Description

Experienced Software QA Tester for 4 years mainly on CRM backend and E-commerce frontend.

1. My QA experience is Mainly Manual on both web and Mobile(IOS, Android)
-Smoke testing on Production deployment
-Regression after there is a new fix or new feature deployed
-Happy and Unhappy path testing for edge cases.
-Functional testing
-Black-Box Testing since I do not have access on the projects codebase
-User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - during pre-prod phase and it is handed to the client for the client initial test.
-Compatibility Testing - For web projects and to check if the responsiveness is okay across most used Browsers (Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, Edge) and most used Mobile devices on both Android and IOS platform

For automation testing I only used it on my first 2 years on my previous company which is Katalon studio using playback Feature on browser.

2. For my English communication, I got B2 in EFSET and here is my result ---------- . I took on March 19 on this current year and it is B2 so I guess around 7. I am very confident in english conversation on chat or video calls since I do have neutral tone.
