I have extensive experience in insurance policies, reimbursement processes, authorizations, and medical coding, including ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS. I also utilize standard tools such as electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software to track payments and to secure patients’ data were posted correctly. In addition, I help
patients understand their bills, address any discrepancies, and assist with payment plans or insurance-related issues. My focus is on maintaining compliance and ensuring the confidentiality of healthcare laws such as HIPAA and making the billing process as smooth as possible for both patients and
providers. This role taught me the importance of teamwork, integrity,
attention to detail, multitasking, meticulousness, time-management, customer service and problem-solving skills which deliver excellent results and
