  *Process accounts payable & accounts receivable
   *Maintain up-to-date financial records for tax readiness
   *Assist in preparing for quarterly and year-end reporting

Monthly Financial Reporting 
  *Generate & review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
  *Prepare Balance Sheet Reports for a clear financial overview 
  *Month-to-month comparison whenever applicable
  *Ensure reports are accurate and audit-ready
