Profile Description

Software Quality Assurance professional with over 10 years of experience in manual testing of web, desktop, enterprise, and embedded software applications across the insurance, finance, data management, and automotive industries.

My experience includes creating test plans and test cases, executing functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing, documenting software defects with clear reproduction steps, verifying fixes, and supporting software releases throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

I have worked closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams to identify defects early, validate solutions, and help deliver stable, high-quality software. I am experienced with Agile and Waterfall development environments and have hands-on experience using JIRA, HP ALM / Quality Center, TestLink, Bugzilla, Confluence, SoapUI, and Oracle SQL Developer.

In my current remote role as an Operations Quality Assurance Analyst, I perform quality reviews of web-based insurance application forms, validate digital workflows, and ensure applications meet business requirements before client delivery.
