I have experience with Amazon Seller Central, handling tasks such as creating and submitting cases for lost outbound and inbound items, reimbursements, and refunds. I am knowledgeable in product listing, inventory and shipment management, account health management, and product research. Additionally, I have experience using Helium10 and other essential tools for managing an Amazon Seller Central account.

I worked as a Technical Support Representative for AT&T, where I assisted clients abroad via voice calls. My responsibilities included helping with basic troubleshooting, remote programming, dish setup, handling subscription inquiries, and addressing billing matters.
