As a graduate of Business Administration, I am interested in business since then. And I also love talking and communicating with different kinds of people. As my first job being an executive assistant in an insurance company, I am trained enough talking to people, dealing with concerns and problems they encounter as our client. I am also detailed oriented in terms of my work especially when I worked as a customer service representative (chat support). Using different messaging platform you have to always understand what the client's is asking and what the problem you have to solve on your own before you ask for the guidance of your supervisor.
