My work spans the full lifecycle of a website — from initial build and launch through ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support — and I'm comfortable working across multiple tools and systems to get technical issues resolved quickly.

Development & Technical Skills

• WordPress: custom theme and plugin development, theme customization, site builds using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Website builds and launches: from initial setup through pre-launch checklists, DNS/domain configuration, and go-live support
• Hosting & infrastructure: WP Engine, Cloudways, and Cloudflare — including DNS management, SSL, domain transfers, and server-level troubleshooting
• Payment integrations: setting up and troubleshooting Stripe, PayPal, and other payment gateways
• Email/SMTP configuration and mail deliverability setup
• Plugin research, installation, and configuration for custom functionality• Credential and access management using password vaults (e.g. 1Password)

Technical Support & Project Coordination
• Diagnosing and resolving client-reported technical issues across hosting, plugins, and site functionality
• Managing multi-step technical work using project management tools (e.g. ClickUp)
• Client and support correspondence via email/helpdesk systems (e.g. Gmail, HelpScout)• Cross-team coordination via Slack and shared documentation in Google Drive

• Building and using custom AI skills/workflows to speed up repetitive research and reporting tasks (e.g. automated client/account research across email, project management, and file storage tools)
• Designing structured research processes that pull from multiple data sources in parallel and synthesize findings into a single clear output
• Creating reusable, documented workflows (skills) rather than one-off scripts, so processes can be run consistently by others
• Using AI tools to support SEO workflows — keyword research, content planning, and strategy document generation
• Applying AI-assisted troubleshooting to speed up diagnosis of technical/hosting issues• Comfortable prompting, refining, and iterating on AI-driven tools to fit real operational needs rather than generic use cases
