I'm an Amazon PPC Virtual Assistant. Before this, I spent 4+ years in technical support and customer service, where my job was basically figuring out what went wrong for people and fixing it. That's the same thing I do with PPC now. I look at search terms, ACoS, and campaign data to find what's working and what's just burning money. I'm still early in PPC and I'm honest about that, but I take it seriously and I only say I can do something if I actually can. If you want someone careful with your ad spend who won't guess their way through your campaigns, I'd be glad to talk.
