Profile Description

I am fluent in the English language and have a background in the call center industry as a customer service representative and as a trainer.
As a customer service representative I learned how to interact with American customers and converse with them in English. I then moved on to becoming a trainer in a BPO company for client-specific training and also for written and spoken English.
My time as a trainer exposed me further in dealing with American clients, and managing a class that could reach 30 people at a time. Apart from facilitating a class, I was also able to develop curriculums and training materials related to the product being supported by customer service representatives.
Before I joined the call center industry, I was exposed to the written word through writing competitions that I joined in school. I was also part of the editorial staff for my school paper. Apart from formal or structured writing, I also write essays or stories during my spare time.
I'm quite comfortable with using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Publisher and Outlook. I also enjoy researching online and reading through forums or blogs to get information.
When it comes to work, I require minimum supervision as long as the tasks needed are outlined properly. I also think that open communication and feedback makes a job easier.
