Advocacy Coordinator
?Establish close ties with media and with media contacts under the PHA External Affairs Committee (assists in preparation of media kits and in attending to media people during press conferences; assists MRO in doing press rounds and research on the internet, newspapers and TV/Radio)
?Establish close ties and develop relationship with PHA coalition members and representatives specially for programs/projects of Advocacy Committee (assists in developing and maintaining network with external organizations that promote advocacy programs of the PHA such as government, allied specialties, NGOs, etc.)
?Closely monitor and document all advocacy driven activities whether PHA initiated or other organizations (in-charge of filling, monitoring and clipping stories/articles on PHA)
?Coordinator for PHA newsletter – Newsbriefs (assists the Newsbriefs editorial team in closing the bi-monthly publication)
?Coordinates with 8 PHA Chapters on their activities and reports (coordinate with chapter officers regarding future projects, programs and meetings. Remind them of planned activities and submission of reports)
?Upload photos of different PHA driven activities on the website
Writer/Translator
?Writes articles for Feature and Entertainment section of Kabayan/ The Manila Times (daily newspaper)
?Research news/articles and translate into Filipino
